- Payment data: transaction records (we do not store card details — payments are handled by Paddle.com)

- Provide and operate the transcription service
- Manage your account and credit balance
- Process payments and send transaction confirmations
- Improve the accuracy and performance of our AI models
- Send service-related notifications (e.g. transcription complete, low balance)

3. Audio File Handling
Audio files you upload are used solely to perform the requested transcription. Files are processed on our servers and are not shared with third parties. Uploaded files may be retained temporarily for processing and quality assurance purposes and are deleted within 14 days of upload.
4. Sharing of Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Paddle.com — our payment processor and Merchant of Record, for handling transactions
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — for operating the Service
- Law enforcement — if required by applicable law
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies from third parties.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and associated personal data at any time from your profile settings. Uploaded audio files are deleted within 14 days of upload.
After account deletion, we erase your personal data but retain an anonymized technical identifier derived from your device to prevent repeated abuse of the one-time free trial. This identifier is no longer linked to your identity. We also retain usage and payment records where required for accounting and legal purposes.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Delete your account and personal data directly from your profile settings
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
